Hey dear reader🤸♀🤸♀🤣🤣yeah😱🙈its been a looong while. So sorry for that. A lot has happened over the course of the long awaiting. I mean a loottt! But that aside, God has been indeed faithful to me, giving me blessings left, right, center, up and down😆. Once again glory to His name.
So getting down to business for today.
Lately, God has been teaching me a lot of lessons and exposing me to more of my weaknesses that I assumed were fixed but actually were not fixed. So dear reader, never feel like you are perfect or because you heard a sermon on this weakness so you feel all hyper and wooo your free , well its good to be excited as that’s the victory of Jesus through His word but still have it in mind that the weakness is there but you depend on He who is stronger than every weakness.
So leaving your comfort zone! What does that mean😱😱😱 Some of us (Me for instance) don’t know or have anything doing after graduation if you live in Nigeria ni ooh😁. And that’s because some of us are too comfortable and at the same time to scared of leaving our comfort zone that is our parents house, to go experience life and see its ups and downs before we become that great person God wants us to be for His glory. Let’s take a look at Joseph’s life in the Bible, God intentionally made him have those dreams of the greatness He had in store for him. However, the same Almighty God took him out of his comfort zone that is his father’s house(Jacob) where he was well catered for and loved to a place (Egypt) where he had to work very hard and suffer to understand what life was all about, which also prepared him for his greater tomorrow as Prime minister of Egypt, I mean, would you look at that! .
Likewise we young people, a lot of us like me included, we are so afraid and terrified of leaving our parents comfort to go experience the world and all it has to offer. My dear, God has already told us in His word that in this world, there will be trials and tribulations but we should fear not for He has overcome this world(John 16:33) . Therefore, with Jesus in your life/boat, you don’t have to worry, because there is always an assurance of landing safe at your promised land when you have Him in your life.
If you would like to accept Him into your life today anew, you could kindly say these words:
Dear Jesus, thank you for all you did on the cross for me, thank you for dying and taking my sin upon you. I repent and forsake them all (mention them to His ears). Asking that you cleanse me with your precious blood and take me as I am. Today I accept you as my personal Lord and saviour in Jesus name. Amen. Thank you Sweet Jesus. I love you.
God bless you, welcome to the born again life in Christ.
