Grace, grace, God’s grace
A grace so simple yet complex
A glimpse of it, is glory divine
Grace that dusts a man from the miry clay to the rock,
Grace so simple yet complex,
Grace so divine but reviled.
Grace, that dignifies the undignified.
Opening the heavens to receive mortals as ours.
Qualifying us for riches untold.
Oh what honour,
Bestowed unto the children of men,
How wise you’d be to accept a grace as this!
