This is a good start to explaining the concept of being born again.
Episode 7: What it Means to Be Born Again
Hello, dear reader,
I hope you’re doing well by God’s grace. It feels like it’s been a while since I’ve shared a message. Life has been busy, but all glory to Jesus!
Today, I want to discuss the concept of being born again. This is a topic that can be controversial in some parts of the world. However, as a child of God, I feel called to simplify this important idea for you.
Firstly, it’s crucial to acknowledge that God exists. Your existence is proof of His existence. There is heaven, earth, and hell. These realities exist because God exists.
The most profound truth is that God loves you deeply and unconditionally. He loves every single person He created. [Jeremiah 31:3]
God loved us so much that He provided a way to save us from the consequences of disobedience, which began with the actions of the first humans, as described in Genesis 1-3.
When God saves a person, He transforms them from a life of lawlessness and spiritual emptiness (the way of the Gentiles) to a life of faith, love, and obedience to His righteous ways. [Ephesians 2, Colossians 1:13]
As the psalmist declares in Psalm 16:11, “You, Lord, alone know the paths of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Therefore, surrendering to God is essential. We all have ungodly desires within us that can lead to destruction. Only with God’s help can we understand His will and allow Him to transform us to fulfill His purpose for our lives.
May God bless us all.
